Introducing our wonderful instructors - Miriama and Anna
Miriama’s style is Vinyasa Flow. Practising yoga with strength, in a relaxed manner. Playfully incorporating body, mind, breath and spirit.
Anna's classes weave together traditional yoga postures (asana) and breathing exercises (pranayama) with more modern mobility movements and mindfulness practices. Although each class is uniquely different, the aim of each is to allow you to move with more ease and leave you feeling restored.
