Megan teaches Hatha yoga through conscious movement and self-enquiry into the physical body and beyond. Classes are taught in line with the moon cycle and are inspired by nature and students.

Miriama’s style is Vinyasa Flow. Practising yoga with strength, in a relaxed manner. Playfully incorporating body, mind, breath and sprit.

Kim teaches an integration of gentle vinyasa flow and held postures, pranayama (flow of breath and energy), meditation, and yoga nidra (deep guided relaxation). Kim encourages mindful awareness, linking movement with breath, and going within to re-connect to your true nature.
